Goal: Establish and manage a Stakeholder Leadership Group to guide HRIS strengthening activities.
We advocate a country-level participatory approach to strengthening HRIS, the foundation of which is a leadership body composed of stakeholders in the system. The materials in this section provide the tools needed to organize the group and guide its work.
Who are the stakeholders? What is the role of the Stakeholder Leadership Group? Establish the leadership group and plan the group's initial activities.
