Goal: Identify, assess and improve existing systems and processes that support the HRIS.

An initial step in information system strengthening is to determine what systems and infrastructure are in place to support the HRIS, as well as the data that will feed into the system. The tools in this section guide the process of assessing and improving existing systems that will support the HRIS.
