iHRIS Plan Development Roadmap

Development History

  • January 2006: iHRIS Plan prototype and specifications developed.
  • December 2007: HRH Workforce Planning Workshop held with key HRH experts to develop workforce planning model for the software.
  • March 2008: Completed specifications in collaboration with key HRH experts
  • August 2008: Version 1.0 code released on Launchpad and online demonstration released on this website (see Features List).
  • October 2008: Versions 1.0.1 and 1.0.2 code released on Launchpad based on feedback from Namibia pilot test.
  • November 2008: Version 1.0.3 code relleased on Launchpad.
  • December 2008: Version 1.0.4 code released on Launchpad.

Development Roadmap

  • Summer 2009: Version 1.1 release with high-priority fixes based on feedback to the Version 1.0 pilot
