Development History

January 2006: iHRIS Plan prototype and specifications developed.
December 2007: HRH Workforce Planning Workshop held with key HRH experts to develop workforce planning model for the software.
March 2008: Completed specifications in collaboration with key HRH experts

July 2008: Version 1.0 release (see Features List)
August 2008: Pilot-test version 1.0 in Namibia
September 2008: Planned release of high-priority features and fixes (Version 1.1)
2009: Version 2.0 release (see Features List for planned features)
