Add a new record to the system with the person's name, nationality and geographical area of residence
Enter multiple identifications such as a driver's license number or passport number
Record marital status, date of birth, district of birth and gender
Record academic history before entering pre-service training

Update any of this information, and maintain a history of updates

Create training institution records, including pre-service training progarms offered and inspection results
