Records Management Module

  • Add a new record to the system with the person's name, nationality and geographical area of residence
  • Enter multiple identifications such as a driver's license number or passport number
  • Record marital status, date of birth, district of birth and gender
  • Record academic history before entering pre-service training
  • Record up to three contacts or addresses
  • Record notes as needed
  • Update any of this information, and maintain a history of updates

Pre-Service Training Module

  • Create training institution records, including pre-service training progarms offered and inspection results
  • Record intake into a pre-service training program, whether inside or outside the country
  • Record upgrades in training and separately track activities for each cadre qualified for the health worker
  • Record the date and reason for any discontinuation in training before graduation
  • Record a resumption in training following a discontinuation
  • When training is completed, record the graduation date and qualify the health worker for registration

Examination Module

  • Record an application to take the national examination and submission of required application materials
  • Record date of exam, exam number and exam results
  • Track up to three attempts to pass the examination

Registration and Licensing Module

  • Issue a registration number that will be the health worker's permanent identification number in the system
  • Issue or renew a license with a start date and expiration date
  • Record completed credit hours for continuing medical education
  • Issue a license for a private practice clinic
  • Document a disciplinary action, including a license suspension
  • Reinstate a license following a suspension
  • Record a deployment in a health facility
  • Document a request for out migration verification if the health worker applies to practice in another country

Reporting Module

  • Generate lists of health workers and filter lists to show only current students, registered workers, licensed workers or specific cadres
  • Generate lists of training institutions, including contact information
  • Create reports or statistical charts of aggregated data from the system
  • Filter all reports by geographical location, cadre, date or gender
  • Convert reports to formatted PDFs suitable for printing
  • Export report data in Excel-compatible, HTML or XML format

Search

  • Search for student and health worker records

Data Security and Administration

  • Install, configure and disable modules to customize system features
  • Issue password-protected logins to allow only authorized users to access the data
  • Assign roles to users to control who can enter, update and generate reports on data
  • Enforce data correction by authorized data managers to ensure data integrity
  • Log username, data and time when data are entered or changed for auditing purposes
  • Create and update standard data lists to create selection menus for data entry

Offline Version

  • Offline desktop support for locations without Internet access
