Technical Assistance & Support

The Capacity Project is an innovative global initiative funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). Launched in October 2004, this five-year project is led by IntraHealth International, Inc., and draws on the extensive experience and expertise of several global partners and numerous regional and local organizations.

The HRIS Strengthening team of the Capacity Project can provide assistance in these areas:

  • HRIS assessment and analysis
  • Stakeholder Leadership Group facilitation
  • information technology infrastructure assessments and improvements
  • requirements and use case development for HRIS
  • software development, ranging from customization and deployment of
    large systems to simple software modifications
  • consulting on system integration
  • data collection and data quality training and consulting
  • support in using data effectively for decision makers
  • training for technical support personnel
  • sustainability planning.
