{"id":2,"date":"2008-03-17T12:36:55","date_gmt":"2008-03-17T16:36:55","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2011-02-04T15:53:52","modified_gmt":"2011-02-04T19:53:52","slug":"about","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.capacityproject.org\/framework\/about\/","title":{"rendered":"About the HRH Action Framework"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The HRH Action Framework website has been developed as an initiative of the Global Health Workforce Alliance (GHWA) and represents a collaborative effort between the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and the World Health Organization (WHO). Capacity<em>Plus<\/em> is the website administrator.<\/p>\n<p>The substantive work to develop the HRH Action Framework began at a meeting in December 2005 sponsored by USAID and WHO and hosted by the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO).
