The Capacity Project’s Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Strengthening Implementation Toolkit provides a package of procedures and tools for human resources for health (HRH) stakeholders, managers and software developers to facilitate applying the Project’s HRIS strengthening process and implementing the Project’s iHRIS software.

The toolkit contains briefs, tools, case studies and other resources to help implementers build HRIS leadership, assess existing systems, implement HRIS software, use data from the system to make evidence-based decisions and sustain and continuously improve the system in the future.

Available in print and on the Capacity Project’s website, it compiles the best practices and learning from five years of work strengthening HRIS in ten countries in Africa.
